Convenient, on-the-go tallow moisturizing hard lotion bar!  A great way to nourish dry skin after repeated use of hand sanitizer. This all purpose bar can be used all over the body including, hands, feet, knees and elbows. These hard lotion bars are perfect for travel or just on the go!

Our lotion bars are deeply moisturizing to help hydrate and soothe irritated skin with raw shea butter, grass-fed tallow and beeswax. Mixed with therapeutic grade and organic essential oils, it's a delight for the senses as well as the skin!  Just rub the lotion bar between your hands and your body temperature softens the bar and it will easily glide over your skin.

Tallow is an intense moisturizer that assists in retaining the skins natural moisture. Long-lasting and 100% natural, it prevents dryness all day and can be applied as needed!

Shea butter is a high concentration of fatty acids and vitamins that make it an ideal ingredient for softening and soothing overworked and dry skin. Shea butter also has anti-inflammatory and healing properties. In addition, Beeswax can create a protective layer on the skin as it is used to reduce the loss of moisture in the skin. It helps to retain the "wetness" feeling on your skin! Both of these ingredients help the skin stay hydrated.

Our skin is made up of the fat soluble vitamins A, D, E and K which is the same as tallow. To put it simply, applying tallow to your skin is the equivalent of taking a multi-vitamin internally. Our skin and tallow are both made up of over 50% saturated fat. Saturated fat is said to give our cell membranes the "necessary stiffness," (Nourishing Traditions) which aids in helping our skin function properly and keeps you looking toned and glowing!  Tallow has a natural scent, but quickly diminishes as you rub it into your skin.  Not only is tallow great for the face, but it soothes dry skin and eczema like nothing you have ever tried before.  (Speaking from experience!)

The tallow I source is from a (local to me!) specific, high quality cut, not just any old beef fat.  Because of this, it is not in an abundant supply, as you only get a small amount from each animal.  It is also rendered in very small batches, by hand and at a very low temperate to maintain all of its healing qualities!  And of course, it is certified all natural and grass-fed!  

Ingredients: Grass-fed Tallow, Organic Raw Shea Butter, Organic Beeswax, Organic Essential Oils and Organic Rosemary Antioxidant

To use: Rub bar between your hands to soften then apply to desired areas as necessary.
