Refund policy
As a family-run small business, we strive to meet the expectations of every customer, but we understand that isn't always possible. We do our best to make it right. We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a refund* in the form of store credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. In the event your item has been used, we can offer partial refund in the form of store credit.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if any of the items are defective, damaged or if you received an incorrect item, so that we can evaluate the issue.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
*Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded in the form of store credit, minus any shipping charges, within 5-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time to process and post the refund too.
