1. What’s the difference between your eczema cream and eczema butter?

They both have the same base ingredients with the main difference being Eczema Butter is whipped with raw organic shea butter. The Eczema Cream is a more dense and concentrated form like a balm - making it great for applying to smaller areas. The Eczema Butter has a little lighter consistency, but still applies thick like our body butters - making it better for applying to larger areas as it tends to cover a little better. If you are still unsure which one will work better for you, we recommend trying our Problem Skin Pack - which contains a small jar of each to try and see which one works best for you. 

2. Is your tallow purified or safe to use on skin?

Absolutely! We filter the beef tallow we use during the rendering process. The rendering process involves heating the fat to a warmer temperature, which effectively eliminates bacteria and other potential contaminants. We also source our tallow from healthy, inspected cattle to ensure it’s safe, clean and of the highest quality before it ever touches your skin.

3. Can tallow help with chronic skin conditions?

Many customers have found relief using our tallow-based products for dry, irritated, or sensitive skin—including eczema, rosacea, psoriasis, dermatitis among others. Tallow is rich in vitamins A, D, E, and K and closely mimics the natural oils in our skin, making it deeply nourishing and soothing.

4. Do your products contain seed oils or synthetic ingredients?

No! Our formulations are clean and simple. We proudly avoid seed oils and synthetic additives. We believe less is more just like our ancestors did!
