Tallow Mineral Sunscreen with non-nano zinc oxide (20%) for an SPF 30

Our sunscreen is all natural and tallow based with non-nano zinc oxide as the main active ingredient with no emulsifying wax. Zinc oxide offers both broad spectrum UVA and UVB protection. The non-nano zinc oxide is a safer option than traditional sunscreen as it does not penetrate the skin and enter the bloodstream making it safe for babies! Our sunscreen is lightly tinted with organic cocoa powder to help reduce the white hue of the zinc oxide.

The tallow I source is from a (local to me!) specific, high quality cut, not just any old beef fat.  Because of this, it is not in an abundant supply, as you only get a small amount from each animal.  It is also rendered in very small batches, by hand and at a very low temperate to maintain all of its healing qualities!  And of course, it is all natural and grass-fed!  

Comes in a 4 oz jar with the option of either glass or BPA free plastic. Hello! This product will last up to one year or more when stored properly with the lid tightly sealed and out of direct sun and heat.
